TCIC/TLETS Less Than Full Access (TCOLE #4801 - 16 hours)

Class Description

This in person course is designed for users who perform TCIC/NCIC functions. TLETS training covers databases such as driver license, vehicle registration, Financial Responsibility Verification Program (FRVP), International Justice and Public Safety Network (Nlets) and Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and Interpol. In conjunction with TLETS, the training also provides procedural instructions for HIT confirmations and administrative messages (this includes broadcasting in-state, nationwide or to Canada). This course requires the TCIC/TLETS Less Than Full Access Manual. Users must recertify every two years.

You must have your TLETS login and a PID to get TCOLE credit. Please ensure your agency TAC has your TLETS account set up for the class you enroll in or you will not be able to test. 

Students must bring the current TCIC/TLETS Operation Manual Parts 1 and 2, OR you may download the manual and bring a laptop/notebook to class. The manuals are located on the nextest website.
