TCIC/TLETS Full Access (TCOLE #4802 – 24 hours): This course is designed for users who perform all TCIC/NCIC functions including Query, entry, modification, clearing, canceling and Criminal History Record Information (CHRI). Training covers TLETS databases such as driver license, vehicle registration, Financial Responsibility Verification Program (FRVP) or TexasSure, International Justice and Public Safety Network (Nlets), Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and Interpol. Training also provides procedural instructions for hit confirmations and administrative messages (this includes broadcasting in-state, nationwide or to Canada). This course requires the TCIC/TLETS Full Access Manual. Users must recertify every two years.

Students must print and bring the TCIC/TLETS Operation Manual Parts 1 – 3 as needed, OR you may download the manual(s) and bring a laptop/notebook to class. The manuals are located on the TCIC 2000 project website https://www.dps.texas.gov/tcic2000project/TCIC-TrainingMaterials/index.htm
