New Supervisor #3737 is a Texas Commission on Law enforcement mandated training course offered for Texas Peace Officers and jail Supervisors. The course is designed to teach advanced skills in leadership, counseling, motivation, and communication to create an affective and positive work environment for subordinates. This course is a two-day class, and participants receive 20 of TCOLE credit. This class is only offered for current Ellis County Sheriff’s Office Employees.
