Telecommunicator Training

The goal of this course is to inform 9-1-1 Telecommunicators on the topic of workplace wellness and to provide them with ideas that they can implement into their day-to-day lives to help increase their longevity in the workplace. According to The American Institute of Stress 83% of US workers suffer from work-related stress. Lack of wellness in the workplace can have a significant impact on an employee’s personal life. About 76% of US workers report that workplace stress has affected their personal relationships (Korn, 2018).
