BASIC CIVIL PROCESS
Open to all agencies, Peace Officers or Officers serving civil process with an active PID number.
There is no cost for this training.
INSTRUCTOR: Carol Darling
The basic civil process course covers the civil jurisdiction of courts, officer’s responsibilities, the rules and codes that govern the service and return of civil citations, writs, subpoenas and other documents. This is a 24 hour TCOLE accredited course.
